• Professional Data: Career stage, educational background, specialties, and practice information (for mentors).
• Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): Demographic data such as race, ethnicity, gender, school, and location information. We collect this strictly to facilitate specific matching preferences requested by our users and partner organizations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Match you with suitable mentors or mentees.
• Provide full insight and management capabilities to the organizations managing the mentorship programs.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only:

• With the specific individuals you are matched with (to facilitate communication).
• With the administrative staff of the organization managing your specific mentorship program.

4. Your Rights (Including CCPA Right to Delete)

You have the right to request access to the data we have collected about you and the right to request its deletion. If you delete your account, your personal identifying information is permanently anonymized to protect your privacy while preserving the integrity of operational reports for our partner organizations.
